About the Project
Huître’s partnership with H3 is a benchmark in retail construction management on a national scale. Over several years, Huître has been responsible for the construction and refurbishment of multiple outlets for the brand, ensuring the strict application of the brand’s new visual identity at every location. The spaces, optimised for high footfall, combine contemporary urban design with robust and durable finishes – the right balance for a high-volume dining concept.
Key Challenges
The national scale of this operation was the main logistical challenge: managing multiple construction sites simultaneously, from Braga to the Algarve, with independent teams but maintaining the same standard of execution and quality. At each site, the opening deadlines were absolutely non-negotiable – with communication dates and marketing campaigns set months in advance. Huître ensured the delivery of all sites without a single delay.
