About the Project
JNcQUOI House is the most demanding ultra-luxury hospitality project currently being carried out by Huître, and one of the most ambitious in the luxury construction landscape in Lisbon. With just 16 Grand Suites, Vincent Van Duysen’s concept defines a residential club where luxury is expressed through subtlety – fine materials, perfect proportions, absolute technical silence. Huître is creating spaces where the highly reliable infrastructure is completely invisible and where every finishing detail meets the standards of a world-class project.
Key Challenges
The demand for precision in this project is unparalleled in the hospitality projects carried out by Huître. Every detail – stonework alignment, joinery finishes, lighting integration – is checked to the millimetre against international creative standards. The highly reliable technical infrastructure – home automation, silent air conditioning, integrated audiovisual systems – requires surgical precision to remain completely invisible in the final finishes.
