This detached house has been designed in a contemporary architectural style, emphasising the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The project stands out for its use of sophisticated finishes, such as continuous micro-cement, bespoke luxury joinery and wooden pergolas, creating an elegant, minimalist and timeless aesthetic. The property is spread over several floors connected by an integrated lift, ensuring high levels of comfort and functionality. The interior spaces incorporate advanced technological solutions, including home automation, lighting control, climate control, security and a surround sound system distributed throughout the house. Among the standout features are a premium leisure area with an indoor golf simulator, a rooftop swimming pool integrated into a spacious social area, and carefully designed outdoor spaces, including a barbecue and landscaped gardens that prioritise privacy, well-being and the integration of the architecture with the natural surroundings.
Key Challenges
The main challenges of this residence centred on the high level of technical coordination required between architecture, structural engineering and specialist trades, necessary to integrate premium solutions such as the inter-floor lift, advanced home automation, the surround sound system and the professional golf simulator. The construction of the rooftop pool and roof also presented a highly complex structural and waterproofing challenge, coupled with the need to ensure seamless architectural integration. Other highlights include the continuous micro-cement finishes, bespoke luxury joinery and the signature gardens, all developed with meticulous attention to detail and execution.
